Hotel was nice and clean. Vallet was excellent, staff was friendly. The block the hotel was on felt very safe, but 3 blocks away there were a lot of homeless people camped on sidewalks and felt not very safe at night.

The hotel is very good but the surrounding area is full of homeless. They charge 48 dollar valet parking but it doesnt show on the booking site. So beware of it and my car had a break on street parking. No complaints with cleanliness, service was top notch.

Overall, a good stay and appreciate Xavier at the front desk. Little tweaks could have made the experience 5 stars - in the room, the door of the cabinet to the fridge is not flush and unable to close, a lot of water on the floor by the lobby dispenser, some other minor issues; also, we asked the front desk staff for housekeeping services, specifically for toilet paper and more conditioner, but neither happened, either the staff forgot or the front desk didn’t communicate it. All other staff did great. But overall, it was good experience.

Everyone, from bartender to car valet, was friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance from places I am interested in (Paell’s, restaurants). My room was super clean,with lots of towels. The only downside is the restaurant is terrible. I hear it will be under new management soon, however.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the condition of the room we were assigned during our recent stay. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that the room was covered in dust. The shower had visible hair and a pink residue around it, which was quite unhygienic. Additionally, it was clear that the carpet had not been vacuumed, as there was noticeable debris throughout. This level of cleanliness is not what we expected and did not meet the standards we associate with your establishment. I kindly request that this matter be addressed, and I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again — either for us or for future guests.

Great location with bus and max stations within a 5min walking radius. My room was very quiet, and had all the basic amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker etc. I especially liked the fact that they had water filling stations in the building, I wish more hotels would provide that. Rating 4 stars only because I noticed a couple of stray hairs in the shower and I expect better from a mariott.

Good staff. Comfortable accommodations. Very poor cell phone reception and terrible to non existent wifi connectivity. The hotel’s public and guest wifi offered was virtually unusable. And then bed sheets had a dark brown stain down one side.
