Everything was clean, nice central location, and the food trucks next door are phenomenal. Only exception to the positive experience was one day when I asked for a brunch recommendation on the way out one morning and the person at the front desk just kinda looked at me confused that I would even ask for such a thing. A different staff member chimes in with an awesome recommendation so it's still a net positive but I avoided asking the first employee questions from there on.

Our stay was good, but, the room was not clean, and we had to request for proper cleaning of the room and the toilet area. Further, I have not yet received my Security deposit of $100 which I was asked to pay at the time of Check in. I was promised by the front desk staff that the money will be refunded to my account in 2 working days after check out. I have not received the money till date; and already three weeks have passed. Please process the refund immediately.

Good choice for our train trip to Portland OR.
Nice room and easy to get to the Amtrak station whether you walk or take a bus or light rail (very inexpensive and convenient). Would stay there again if in Portland overnight.

The hotel was in good condition. Well equipped, comfortable, and properly furnished for a courtyard property. The location was close to various dining and transportation options. Unfortunately there were a ton of people loitering on the streets near the hotel and engaged in drug use.

Great Location
This was a great location, very friendly staff. The room was huge, though we were on a low floor and it was quite noisy with the street traffic and the parking garage bell going off every time it opened. My only complaint is there is only valet parking and the valet desk is way inside the building, we had to drive around the block twice until we could park and go inside and drop off the key. Every valet I ever used is by the door and waiting to take your car. It was very unorganized. That being said, I would still absolutely stay here again.
