I found the hotel to be so quaint and cute. It was super easy to access public transportation from the hotel and there’s some great eats nearby! The hotel was clean and I felt safe. I would book again if I came back to Portland.

Downtown Portland is sad. We did not feel safe in the areas surrounding the hotel. We were told by multiple people to park in valet, the smash and grabs were common in the streets. Homeless people were everywhere, that’s not the issue though, the issue was they were extremely high on every drug imaginable and we didn’t want altercations as we saw a few. The restaurants close early so we ate at the hotel restaurant. It was good. Expensive and not a huge menu but we enjoyed it. There’s an amenity/resort fee. Not sure for what because there aren’t any amenities.

Nice, spacious room (got the studio). Window was drafty. Parking is valet only; best self-service option seems to be the US Bank parking, but I just did valet. Seems a bit pricey for what you get (maybe that's just me). Service is friendly and adequate, but there is limited room service, seems to mainly be just breakfast. Bedside appliances and lamps are a bit dated.
