No one came to clean my room. There was only the one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom; no extra one. There was a huge pothole that I hit at the entrance to your lot. I alerted your staff to all of these issues

The room cleanliness and elevator scare factor are the reasons for the lower rating. The room sink had A LOT of black mold under the rim of the sink which u can see while sitting on the toilet. There were splatter stains and hand prints all over every glass surface, less the mirrors. But the windows and pictures were filthy. The elevator was clanking and jerky. Did not feel very secure going up or down in it. Everyone was kind, we received a cookie at check-in and two were not baked, gooey and wet.

The hotel is right next to I-95. We stayed there for a night on our way to Bar Harbor. The location is very convenient. There is a restaurant on site. The breakfast is pretty good.

Started at check in. The girl behind the counter was not personable in the least. The front desk is the face of your company. The room was dirty. There was mold all through the grout of the shower. Their only saving grace was their restaurant. And if they were closed, the hotel is next to a Cracker Barrel. I definitely would not stay there again.

The hotel was good. The only thing is I messaged the hotel a few days prior to my trip to inquire about shuttle service and no one contacted me. When I arrived I noticed that they did have shuttle service. The staff weren’t very welcoming.

It was adequate for a few nights. A little dirty with scuff marks and little bits of stuff on the floor. Bedding was decent. I didn’t get daily room cleanings at all. Personally I don’t mind since it was a short trip for me but I always thought most hotels give daily cleanings unless stated otherwise.

Staff was friendly. Clean facilities. So if those are the 2 things you're looking for go ahead. The issue for me was the elevators were broken or slow. One of them was broken the entire time and the other was slower than anything. I ended up getting my steps in and taking the stairs most of the time.

I picked a non-smoking room but the room that was given to us had a bed cigarette smell. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant and not happy to help, if was not another one that was there, I might had issues checking in. Not happy with the service and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
