The property is tired. The room heat did not work, the shower didn’t work, the door lock didn’t work and one of the 2 elevators didn’t work. Staff is very nice.

At check in, no information about breakfast etc, just room key given and had to ask where to park. We did like the cookies offered and welcomed those. We found the rooms spacious and clean with good amenities like coffee fridge microwave etc. We only got 1 and 1/2 set of towels for two people which were not soft. The room was not serviced on our second day. When going down to reception to ask why the room was not serviced I was told you have to request it. This would have been nice to know. Spent the day out and came back to an un serviced room. We could have used another trash can in the room, only one was found in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was convenient (but noisy) next to 95, close to airport , shopping mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. Quick 15 min drive to old Port/downtown Portland.

Double room was very spacious. But the "separate bedroom" had a wall with a large walk-through opening into the sitting area. No closed wall, no closable door. So the person who went to bed early did not have a quiet, dark room for sleeping, since the other person was up with lights on in the sitting area.

2 star hotel at best!
I’m surprised they rate themselves with “4 stars”. Not even close. The beds were so uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The tub had an extremely slow drain so you had to shower in 5 minutes to avoid a flood. Maintenance was unresponsive. The ceiling had peeling paint. Overall poor conditions. Front desk not accommodating by any means.

Bathroom was too small and toilet was not working properly. We stayed two nights and we did not get our room cleaned up after our first night. We had to call twice to get extra towels. It seemed like the hotel was short on staff.

The property is run down. We had a large suite which was nice but the bathroom was TINY. Showers were old, we didn’t have a tub and the shower did nit appear clean. There were no pillows provided for the pull out and when we requested them, we were told it was “only based upon availability.”
