Dirty and rundown
The people were rude when we called to request early check in and hung up on us. Then they told us we would but on a waitlist for early check in. Then when we called again they said they didn’t do waitlists and it was first come first serve. When we got there they gave us a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Then they gave us another room which didn’t smell but was still very dirty (i took pictures). It was not a pleasant experience and the waste of our money for a weekend family trip.

I was impressed till I got hit with all the micro transactions within the hotel, i planned my budget accordingly and had to pay additional fee ($50)just to get into the room. Albeit refundable it was not stated anywhere else, the parking lot also comes with a fee to park at the hotel which i wasnt made aware off.

a bit work out Room - no soap at sink (used body wash that is attached to shower wall), one of the bottles had fallen off - glued to tile. Electrical outlets are really old - computer or cellphone cords do not "attach" Room was not cleaned during three day stay Elevator was broken on Sunday - no signs where the other elevator would be (house keeping attendant was kind enough to walk me to where the second levators are - otherwise I would have walked down 8 floors with a suit case). Checkout - asked for a receipt and attendant says - "you are all set" and I asked if I will get the receipt (parking plus room) emailed to me and she goes yes, and Im asking her what email she has on file and she has none. I still do not have the receipt for expenses so no I have to call them tomorrow. Would not recommend

The caucasian young lady with dark who checked us in at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming which gave an initial bad vibe. There is no hot tub and homeless individuals on sidewalks and in tents near by.
