Mostly happy.

$15 for parkking?? Ridiculous! The pool was very chilly. Disappointed as we were supposed to go swimming with the grandchildren. Couldn't even get all the way in due to the temperature. Brought it up tp the front desk on Tuesday. No change by Friday On the upside, breakfast is great. Eggs, sausage pancakes or French toast. Mixed fruit options. Muffins and even an omelet station. The breakfast staff was incredible. Fernando was a great help. They all look like they work hard and are happy to help if you need. Beds are comfortable. Pretty quiet. I wouldn't be surprised to see them updating the rooms soon. Starting to look a bit tired. The snack in the evening was a nice surprise. Cheese and crackers. Even a beer! All in all had a great trip.

This property is showing it's age. The carpeting in the common areas seems a bit dated. Apparently there are some leaks in skylights the atrium since there were cordoned off areas with buckets and towels following a heavy rainstorm. Our biggest dismay was finding ants in our bed. Not just one or two but a lot of tiny black ants crawling from the night table to the bed and under the pillows. Ewwww. We had to move to a different room. Overall, for the price it was ok but definitely in need of some updates

The hotel is dated but clean. Bed was comfy but the pullout sofa bed is as hard as a box spring, can’t sleep on it. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. It closes right on time at 9:30 on weekdays. Don’t miss it.

Parking is $25/ night, which is ridiculous because it’s next to a giant shopping mall with lots of parking. Room was fine. The bar/ restaurant closed an hour before posted hours. Breakfast was good. Meh.

The room was great, clean. The breakfast was good. Only problem was the internet, extremely slow. Had to use cel phone to access the internet. Fortunately there was a strong cel signal and we able to get 10x the speed of the WIFI offered by the hotel

We always enjoy staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about this stay is no one checked our room and we’ve never ordered room service before and when we came back from our adventures the dirty dishes were still in our room. I didn’t know I was supposed to put them outside the door anc they were super packed so I’m guessing that’s why no one checked our room. We stayed 2 nights.
