there was mold growing on the walls, a large dead bug sat on the wall, stains on the floor showing it wasn’t cleaned, my bed had sand everywhere in it, and spiders galore in the bathroom. Felt like i was in a horror movie, two windows were blacked out. The owner was right next to us. He followed us around the property and said we’re going to lose our deposit for having a guest at the poolbecause it was a liability.How about the furry wall?!?! mold is a liability! Also, three of the windows wouldn’t open! he told me he watched me on the cameras and wanted to know what i was doing in the gazebo.He saw me go back and forth from the hotel room. He was a creep and a money hungry slumlord.

Very nice staffs and service, they listen to requests and actually do what you asked them to do (like repairs, provide extra linens, etc). Daily housekeeping services. Very polite employees.

Second time here and can't wait to come back again. Owner takes great pride in the property. It's rustic Maine and perfect. Don't bother if you are looking for Hollywood Hilton. Awesome indoor pool/game room. Picnic tables, grills, gazebo, huge fire pit and beautiful pond. So peaceful and relaxing, great get away!

We made a reservation and paid for a hotel room. We were told that we had to check in by 9:30pm. Given the fact that we were traveling a long distance on roads that had lots of construction delays, we realized that we might not make it to the hotel by 9:30pm. At 4pm we called to inform the hotel that we might not be able to arrive by 9:30pm, and they told us that if we did not arrive by 10:30pm, they would cancel our reservation, despite the fact that we had already paid in full. I have never heard of such lunacy in all the years that I have traveled. We just happened to arrive by 9pm, and the hotel attendant never told us what time checkout was when he handed us the keys. At 10am the next morning, a cleaning person informed us that we were supposed to check out by 10am. The checkout time was not posted anywhere in the room, and the person who check us in never informed us of a 10am checkout. Additionally, there was lots of dirt and dust behind the nightstand and around the beds.

Not polite, quick to call customers liars and attack them for things. Not very clean and they don’t like to give you extra blankets pillows or anything. Will charge you to cover up for their own mistakes. I won’t be going back.

The property was very well maintained and staff were amazing. We had 5 people and only three plates and one glass in the cabin, there was spilled coffee dried all over the counter and under the microwave that was hard like not cleaned for days and no mirror in th washroom for the men to shave. However we loved our time there and staff was amazing

This facility was dirty, Mildew and mold in the bathroom, fixtures in the bathroom were gross. Eating table was sticky with residue as were the chairs. Living room furniture was dirty and terribly stained. Only positive in our experience was that the linens and towels were clean. Place should be reported to the City's Health department.
