This place is a hidden treasure! It’s right on the ocean with beautiful views and beach access. We had room 25, which has great views from its large balcony. The suite has two very nice rooms plus a tiny bathroom. Staff was very friendly. A bargain.

October beach stay. We had the ocean front 2nd floor with the balcony. Perfect for the sunrise and enjoyable evenings with the sound of the ocean. Shower stall was tight for my 6’1” frame.

All around good experience. Hotel rooms are dated and some of the furniture needs to be replaced but bed was very comfortable and staff was nice. Of course the view and the beach right outside your door really seals the deal.

The Resort is will located just outside of town which puts you on the edge of the train's whistle each time it goes thru town. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The suites have two rooms. Both nice size. Our bedroom had a tv, bureau, coat rack and open closet along with the bathroom lavatory. The bed was very comfortable. The living room had a microfiber loveseat sleep sofa, fridge, microwave, Keurig, stainless bar sink with small counter, coffee table, a round table with two chairs and a larger TV. Sliders took you out to the covered deck/porch where two chairs and a small square table awaited you. Views of the beach/ocean from the second floor were lovely. Would stay here again in a New York minute!

It’s an older property, with noisy window a/c’s, BUT the location on the beach is great. They had some nice amenities, lots of towels/face clothes, etc., fridge, toaster, coffee maker. A quiet location between Old Orchard and Scarborough. A parking space close to the room. With that said, I found it to be a nice spot for a beach vacation.
