Only valet service offered at this property which is rather annoying considering the premium price they charge per night. Breakfast is decent although hours offered until 9am on weekdays is minimal. Guests trying to enjoy a restful vacation have to get up early everyday to enjoy the breakfast. Would be nice if they offered the service until 10am daily just as they do on weekends. Otherwise staff is great and friendly!

When we checked in the young chap at reception was not that friendly, no water offered. All other staff were really great. Great buffet breakfast. Can recommend hotel as easy walk to shops.

I popped down to Portland for a quick bit of Christmas shopping and was glad to have booked this hotel. With a bed so comfortable that I slept through my alarm for the first time in a very long time and super easy check in/check out/digital key for handling all while on the go, perfect spot. I liked it a lot however there is no way to close a sliding barn door to a bathroom and no way to lock it. I highly encourage at least a latch on the inside. It would have made my 4 stars be 5 stars.
