The pool was not in service and we weren’t told until we already got there. Plus this couple was literally fighting in the hallway in front of our door! They were hitting each other and she was screaming, all of this occurred well into the night, 12am! It was crazy

We arrived at 3:30 PM (check-in was at 3:00 PM) and were immediately informed that the pool would close at sunset (around 4:30 PM) due to a lack of lights. This was especially disappointing as I had specifically emailed prior to booking to confirm that both the pool and hot tub would be in service. My children were understandably upset. We hurried to our room, which presented its own issues. Most notably, there was a conspicuous wet spot on the ceiling, and the handle to the bathroom door was broken and non-functional, the floor didn’t look to be vacuumed, which was both inconvenient and a safety concern. We then proceeded to the pool area. To our further dismay: · The entire pool area was freezing. · The pool itself was unpleasantly cold. · The hot tub was completely non-functional and cold, which was the amenity I was most looking forward to. · The poolside bathroom was out of order. The problems extended to your parking. While advertised as complementary, the lot was consistently full every time we returned to the hotel. With no available spaces, I was forced to park in a, non-designated area. It was directly due to this inadequate parking situation that I later discovered a screw in my tire, causing a flat.

>No heat in the room,even after front desk came up to check < T.V. didn't work - just snow < large dogs allowed to roam UNLEASHED, throughout lobby area < advertised breakfast was a joke ( nothing hot! bread, 2 types of cold cereal, bowl of apples, NO juice) !! We have stayed in no less than 6 hotels in this area, and this was, by far, the WORST experience we have encountered! We will not be returning.

Worst hotel experience ever. Do NOT - at any cost. We came back to this hotel after staying last year in an adjoining room set up. Not fancy, but was nice for kids. This year, the state of the hotel was abhorrent. The hotel is dirty, the pool area has rust and algae all over it, including rust pieces in the hot tob. The staff is rude and swearing among each other, fewer breakfast options, fridge and TV not working. I had called in advance to confirm adjoining rooms, I have top status with Marriott, and still it was not accommodated once we got to the hotel. Never again.

There is a large dog roaming the halls without a leash and allowed in the breakfast room UNLEASHED - a clear health code violation - and staff has embraced and allowed it making us feel unsafe in the halls and unable to participate in the breakfast that is part of our stay package. Check-in staff remains top notch, but it is probably not enough to bring us back to IHC property EVER AGAIN.
