Check in was so difficult. Arrived late at night and purposefully call and confirmed that our rooms would be ready and there would be a pack n play. We checked in around 11pm which is 3am home time. Not only did check in take and unusually long time but once we got into our rooms there was no crib. There was 1 person working in the entire building and eventually brought up a “crib”. By the time it arrived everyone was already asleep which was a good thing because the crib was dirty and probably not legal for infants. One of our rooms smelled like strong perfume as if instead of cleaning it was just sprayed with something. Just expected better service and our rooms ready for us when we arrived so late in the evening especially since we called and confirmed 2 times prior to arrival.

Bitter Sweet

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, too tall for my liking. The couch was reall uncomfortable it was a roud/oval shape that was hard to sit on. If you want to lay down it might be a bit more comfortable but withe arms up so high I doubt it. We requested a late check out because we had unexpected transportation issues and were denied. That made our departure very strained. The noises from be right on the runway was surprisingly quiet.

Great Hotel Chain!

Everything went very well. The staff was friendly, the breakfasts were as expected (love the waffles!), and we will return to a Hampton Inn wherever we are.

Room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage options, coffee maker and fridge. There was no microwave in the room, but one was available in the lobby for use. Breakfast was decent, and fruit was available all day. I appreciated the airport arrival/departure screen in the foyer and the shuttle to/from the airport.

I feel like the staff was really kind to my Autistic child. It can be stressful traveling with a special needs child and they offered no judgment or backhanded compliments as I have experienced at other properties.

The shuttle two and around the businesses made a very easy. The train is right by the hotel to go downtown. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.
