Walls and doors have very little sound proofing, can hear conversations from the hall and rooms. Other than that, convenient location. Found street parking easily and didn't have to pay for valet. There were hot options for breakfast that was included. Pool was warm.

My biggest complaints are that the walls are super thin and the cleaning staff are very loud. You can hear them as early as 7:30 knocking on doors and yelling across the halls to talk to each other. The rooms didn’t hold heat very well so I definitely had to crank it a little higher than normal. Other than that the front desk staff and ballet were great. The location was amazing too. Good stay but very noisy.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants. The staff was nice & the rooms were clean. However, we didn’t sleep either night. The walls of the rooms are very thin!!! We heard people at all hours of the night.

It a worth the stay. You are close by to dining, shopping and tours. Needed a Lyft 4 times only the rest of activities were walking distance. Nice staff and good breakfast included if you want to save a bit on dining expense.

The parking staff are terrible. Bring you the wrongs car or give you the wrong ticket. What is worse is they blame each other for the terrible service!!!

The view from room was horrible, but we did not stay in the room except to sleep, very comfortable room. Great service, great location and good breakfast. Hot water tasted like coffee, probably in container that was previously used for coffee and made it unusable. Some of us can’t tolerate the flavor of coffee. But the thought of a tea and coffee station was nice.
