My wife and i have been to Freeport a number of times and always wanted to stay here. We are glad we did this time. The continental breakfast was very good. It was great to be able to add a little something from the menu if you wanted a little more. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and talking with some of the other guests.

We were visiting the New England area for our vacation this summer and stopped in Freeport for the 4th, driving to Portland for fireworks. We thought this Inn looked charming and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed the pool area in particular. I think the adult's would have liked to enjoy the sitting room (parlor?) more, but we ran out of time.

The Harraseeket Inn & Event House is a beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Freeport, within walking distance to all the shops. The Inn is beautiful, and they have lovely amenities that they have put a lot of thought into, like fresh lemonade in the lobby, a fire pit with s'mores, and bike rentals available to guests. The rooms were nice and clean, but we stayed in the coach house vs the main Inn, which was a little challenging to bring your luggage into. Overall, a great stay!

Such a very nice place to stay. Extremely pleasant people, great amenities, great dining area, comfy beds, etc. All around a wonderful experience. We only stayed one night and really wish we had booked it for longer.
