Location is an A+ in the heart of Freeport. There is an abundance of shopping and dining options just 2 short blocks away on the Main Street. The hotel and the property were immaculate and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our hotel of choice on our next trip through Freeport!

The hotel it self was great - was a little disappointed about the free breakfast. I booked it for our group due to having a little one. Once we got to the breakfast - they said it wasn’t included in my package. Due to it being 3rd party ( Travelocity ) We very disappointed to spend $300 plus for a room and not have it included in the price.

Disappointing. The room wasnt serviced properly. The containers of bath soap, and shampoo in the shower, were empt. Also the body lotion was gone. The breakfast for which I paid was mediocre at best. The check-iin lady was nice but unfortunately the hotel fell to meet the basic expectations.

Outstanding hotel. Real gem

Terrific location, friendly staff really enjoyed the hotel had some concern about the train proximity, but it was a complete non-event. We were actually on the train side and founded quiet in the typical 18 wheeler driving by and was very rare.
