We have been staying here over the years as a frequent flyer. This time we’re disappointing , you have to pay parking! elevator is filthy and smelly , carpets overall. Is rundown , sheets are no longer smooth, very snuggy. Time to change those musty smelly carpets!

After paying a rather expensive one night stay, you should not have to pay to park also. Especially if you are only going to be parking for about an hour while checking in and unloading before turning in your car. Really should not have to park at all. Disappointed.

Friendly staff. Room fine although no hairdryer. Breakfast food good. Was charged in error for a $79 dinner I didn’t have but receptionist deleted it at check out. Good to have a bus stop to downtown right outside hotel. Good to have shuttle from airport since I arrived at night.

No coffee in the morning. Both carafes were out and even though the staff saw this they ignored it. Microwave in the room was visibly dirty and covered in greasy fingerprints. Station where keurig sits was sticky and dirty. Was woken up at 4:30am by other guests stomping back and forth and slamming doors, going in and out of their rooms over and over again. For $240 an night and no parking available (had to pay to park) I would expect a cup of coffee in the morning and a clean room.

Parking sucks

The hotel is great But the parking situation now sucks If you leave your car there you have to deal with a third party I left my truck there and paid on the website and when I got back I had parking tickets that said I had not paid Now I am fighting with them to get the tickets removed This needs to change!
