It was wonderful to be in the heart of the harbor area. We were very close to activities and restaurants. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The bed was not so good. Probably time to replace the mattresses.

Our experience was very mediocre for the price we paid for the room. -- Uncomfortable bedding, very scratchy. Outdated room and lighting. -- Touchy shower settings, frequently alternates between very hot and cold -- Ordered room service and the person who came to the room literally ran in and out, in such a hurry they forgot some of our food. -- Valet parking for $40/day which adds to cost. Would be more affordable to stay further away and pay for daily parking in the area -- No smart TV, no TV guide available. Have to scroll to a certain channel and wait like 5 min for it to cycle through. Would need to bring your own HDMI cable. Best Feature -- Very close to all the restaurants and shops, convenient. Personally would not stay here again or recommend to anyone unless location if really important to you.

I was very disappointed in not being able to park your own car for $10 a day as opposed to $40. Also no safe in my room. The people next door were so loud they woke me up
