Room was clean and comfortable. But a WARNING to others -- employee at check-in told me that the Expedia parking/hotel package I'd booked weeks in advance doesn't charge enough and next time wouldn't be accepted. There is no way for a customer to know that the Expedia offerings are not valid, and I felt like she was rude about something that wasn't my fault. Also, the shuttle is convenient but something needs to be done about airport pickup scheduling - I waited 25 minutes after calling for a pickup and when it showed up, the people who got there after me tried to cut the line. The shuttle phone line requests that you give your name, but the driver accepted whomever pushed onto the bus first. Very frustrating at 11pm after a long day.
