Good, reasonably priced place. Comfortable bed and room. Only problem was housekeeping guy knocking loudly in the am when I was sleeping, in spite of the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

The place is dated, but staff was working with that. They closed the restaurant on Sunday morning, when we needed a place for breakfast before a cross country flight. The coffee bar area was never open, so no way to get breakfast outside of the dining room. There were no cups, not even plastic cups in the bedrooms. The desk gave them out, if you asked, but they were not supplied. The parking lot was extremely packed. It was not just hotel guests. I am not sure who else parks there, since the convention center was closed. We were not given parking passes (even thought we paid 10/nite for parking) and I was concerned when I had to park back with all the other cars (who had to have ID to park in public parking), that my car would be ticketed or towed. Access into the Parking Lot is not easy, but once we figured it out, we got in. Finding the hotel on GPS was also a challenge - it is NE Columbia BLD or Court? When we called the number the person couldn't really answer our concerns. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the room clean

Overall it was great! For anyone taking the shuttles to the airport, arrive early and just hop on one if there is one outside. They seem to leave at irregular times, and the staff isn’t totally sure of when they will come. The staff are friendly and my room was nice :)

Cool callout sick so breakfast and food was not available on a Sunday, which was concerning that they didn’t have additional staff. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday so we have to come to the lobby and request extra towels. Hotel charges for coffee in the lobby which should be complimentary.

Lot of leaves and small debris up against many of the sidewalk curbs. Not a deal breaker for another stay… but you know what’s said about 1st impressions, if I’m looking for a parking spot to check in this is what I look for all around the property.
