I have a service dog. He is marked as a service dog and wears his (not required by law) registration card on his back for all to see. I have stayed at this hotel several times. EVERY TIME they make me pay a $25 PET fee. Then they tell me how well behaved my dog is! I ALWAYS say, "he SHOULD be, he is a service dog!" Charging me a pet fee is illegal. My disability makes it very hard for me to confront anyone and can lead to a medical issue. I did the first time and was ignored, "it's policy." Although they are located closest to where I am going, I am done staying there. Please train your employees to follow the law. There is ZERO reason to suspect that my dog is not a legitimate service dog.

Everything was fabulous ....from the lady that was there who checked me in ....to the breakfast in the morning, was as good as if not better than any of the other Holiday Inn Express breakfast.... a lot of variety and plenty of it . ...tasted very good ....place was quiet and overall it was just a pleasant and easy stay. I felt very safe.
