Nice property. Only one coffee machine in a small room for morning coffee. The machine takes a long time to brew one cup - the condiments are in a space that adds time to waiting as the machine is blocked until the coffee cup is filled with sugar cream etc. The line was out the door of the room for the 3 days I was there, over twenty minutes just to get to the machine to make a cup of coffee. And same thing for a second cup later on. May sound picky, but coffee is the best start of a day for many people after waking, needs major improvement.

We arrived late after a concert and had to park in the lot down the street but the door near that garage that would let us into the hotel was locked and did not have a mechanism to take our key card, so we had to walk a ways around to the hotel's main entrance.

I made a reservation for a king bed but the hotel does not have king beds! The hotel would not not admit it outright but said we have king room but the bed was definitely not a king size bed. False advertisement!

We only stayed one night here, but overall the room was exceptionally clean, offered Dove-brand soaps and lotions in room, and had a great ocean view. The staff at the front desk made check in and check out very easy.

Our stay in SoPo

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk seemed overwhelmed at times during the day and a little rude. The night crew were much more polite. The morning/breakfast crew was very polite and accommodating. The bartender was rude and ignored patrons, leaving them waiting for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. She either needs help or a better work ethic. Also the fact that we had to pay an additional fee to park in the garage was a little ridiculous. Overall we enjoyed our stay here in SoPo.

We travelled by motorcycle, so the covered and secure parking was awesome. Close to downtown for dinner and drinks after a day of biking. Cost beds with lots of pillows.

The room was great, spacious and clean. We had extra pillows which was great for my mom to be able to get comfortable. It was located within walking distant to a lot of great restaurants, shopping and the tour pickups.

Location is great

Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Pool is 82 degrees and huge. On site food and drinks were good - had the charcuterie board. Great view from the room.

We were able to see the bay from our hotel room. The hotel is within walking distance from many restaurants, pubs, shops and downtown. They offered free shuttle rides to nearby establishments which was a nice amenity. The bathroom is clean but could be updated. The entrance to the elevators from the parking garage could be updated as well because there are stains on the walls. The hotel charges an additional $25 fee for garage parking per night which was not disclosed when I booked on Expedia. Overall a 4/5.
