I did not like the train noise on the street which was bothering us a lot at night. Train was passing by every 10 minutes all night awakening us and had a sleepless night. Our Room number was 346. Avoid getting rooms with windows facing the busy street of downtown, if you are a light sleeper.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful stay over the weekend. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to the front desk team, who were courteous, efficient, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. The hotel looks like a fancy hotel, but the experience of it as not as good. Difficult to regulate room temperature, terrible water pressure, room appliances that didn't work, and towels that feel like sandpaper. It had the feel of a low budget hotel with the aesthetic of being fancier.

Very comfortable and spacious room. The Max is loud, but earplugs resolved that. Stains on the carpet and couch. With better cleaning, would definitely stay again.
