Clean rooms, well located. The hotel charged a steep tax for amenities (including water and coffee), then listed these amenities as "complimentary". It felt like a really slimy way of squeezing more money out of the guests and we wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

Great location downtown, large comfortable hotel, nicely appointed rooms. Good water pressure, elevators are fast, and housekeeping and front desk are very attentive. The staff were so friendly. I never felt any request was an imposition. Special shout out to Satfier and Sisi. They were the best! Ready to welcome you back and offer a suggestion. My only concern was the WiFi in our room was not working properly and the access point needed to be rebooted. Being the weekend the front desk was unable to respond. WiFi worked fine everywhere else. Check-in was perfect. The room was stellar (although we had trouble witb the thermostat but, after we brought it to the front decks attention it was fixed). Very convenient locations for food & drinks. We enjoyed our stay.
