Perfect location for event at Moda Center. Safe 2 block walk. Hotel room was great too. Comfy beds. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is nice overall. Convenient access to Moda center and the metropolitan tavern across the street is great. Bed was a bit soft and needed another blanket in the room. Biggest detraction was $45 for valet and at check out when it was an hour wait to get my car (so I went it got it around the corner) they wouldn’t remove the valet charge and I didn’t have time to argue about it.

My room with a view was very beautiful at night. The bed and linen were the finest quality. I loved the lobby decor and seating area. No room service was disappointing. During check in the host was very odd and awkward. I asked how late the bar was open and he chuckled at me. I called him out asking why he was laughing and if that was such a strange or rare question. Guest services is definitely not his calling in life. Would 10/10 stay again regardless

I really enjoy staying her because the location and valet convenience. However, this time around the valet was rude. I understand it was an event time for moda center (5 minute walk) and very busy but the attitudes were a little much.

The check in process was one of the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. It was very fast and the staff member was extremely kind and answered all my questions. He also took the time to offer local recommendations. I was upgraded to a “city view” room for $10. My room was immaculate and had an incredible view to the south of the city. Met family in the restaurant for dinner and was not disappointed. All and all this experience was great and all for a very reasonable rate the night before Thanksgiving.
