Lovely hotel with great service!

Lovely old Victorian building with lots of stairs. The room was sizeable and well appointed. Management was friendly and helpful when my plans changed abruptly. I will stay here again next time my travels take me to Portland.

Was an excellent value during the busy tourist season that drives up lodging prices near the Portland Harbor. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Area around property has seen better days.

Quiet, Large room, clean but very dated with extension cords and ? Fire hazard. Sketchy neighborhood. Very odd layout, no elevator had to walk up and down 3 winding flights of stairs. We had a room with a private bath but it was down the hall and needed a key. Parking was ok. Continental breakfast was good. Would not stay there again

What a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Just to note, there are lots of stairs in this historic hotel. It is close to the hospital and lots of restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again!
