The hotel staff were less than helpful regarding answering any questions or parking. They seemed more helpful to my 29 year old daughter and less patient with me. The restaurant on site was absolutely fabulous and the staff were amazing.

This is the perfect place to stay if you don't need a lot of room. It was very clean it was very nice, and we loved the mural on the wall, ours happened to be of David Bowie. And it's a kind of fun and quirky 60s-style hotel. We love the quirky nature of it.

We booked our rooms in Jupiter Next, which has more of a motel feeling (not my speed), as we thought the main hotel was full. When we found out there was space (which we were not initially told, we had to specifically ask while explaining we were not happy in the other building), we moved over there. Rooms in the main hotel were bigger and clean and my room had a nice view. Beds were comfortable. If you want five star luxury and associated service, this hotel isn’t it but the location is great, near lots of places to eat, drink, shop, etc. Some members of staff were very helpful, some did the bare minimum. It was a real mix!
