This was our fourth stay at the Kingsport Inn and as usual it did not disappoint. The Inn is always clean and well maintained and the staff cheerful and engaging. This coupled with the attractive pricing make it out go to location for our Kenmebunkport trips.

The staff went above and beyond for my stay. The hotel was charming and very clean. Easy walk over the bridge to all the local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and the waffle fantastic which was included in the stay. We will definitely be back.

The inn is very well located, easy 20 min walk to the beach or 5 min to the port. Bonus to have a continental breakfast included. Room is clean, bed is comfortable with excellent pillows and towels. However the washrooms are dated, but adequate.
