The Perfect Place to Stay!!
The perfect place to stay and enjoy the whole area surrounding the square. Everything was in walking distance. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great staff and nice room. Better than average breakfast. Staff allowed us to store our e-bikes inside for security overnight. They were all so helpful. We would stay here again as it was very convenient to ride to Cape Elizabeth.

Lovely stay for 1 night the bed was so comfy the bathroom is on the small side but it’s ok. Parked free outside room no problems. The breakfast which was included had everything you want and the dining tables were spotless and clean and finally a lovely complementary coffee or tea available too .

Very nice hotel right in town of KPT! Restaurants and shopping right down the street. Hotel and room were quaint, very clean, updated and comfortable. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was we were in the main bldg (that had 3 floors) but no elevator. Ty:)

Great location
We spent a week traveling the coast of Maine and stayed in B+Bs along the way. The Kings Port Inn is in a great location - right in the heart of town. Very walkable and convenient. It is a little tired and rooms are nothing special, but the location made it a great experience.

The hotel was very convenient to lots of shopping and dining. Just a few minute walk to the harbor area. We did the Eco Tour whale watching and it saved us having to pay for parking being only a 3-minute walk to the boat. Room was clean, large, and comfortable.

King’s Port Kennebunkport
The overall room was average with a king size bed. The bed/pillows were comfortable. Continental breakfast, tv with cable, and wifi included. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it is within walking distance (like a block) of the downtown area and about a mile walk to Gooch’s and Colony Beach. We would stay here again.
