Room was absolutely filthy. Food was left in things, on things. Bathroom was unclean. Frankly, not sure if anything was actually cleaned beforehand. Absolutely appalling.

I am extremely disappointed. We have stayed at Best Western many times and have always believed that as a chain brand, their quality and service are reliable. However, this experience was far below expectations. We came here for a trip, and on the first day, we checked in very late. When we entered the room, there was a sour smell. Since we were traveling with elderly family members and children, we just took a shower and went to bed. The next morning, we discovered that the toilet could not flush—even a single piece of toilet paper would not go down. We contacted the front desk, but the staff was extremely unprofessional, saying the problem could not be resolved and telling us to use the public restroom instead, without even offering an apology. The condition of the room and the service were completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.

The motel is easy to get to, near services, and safe. A quiet location with a full breakfast that was a great option! My only complaint was the location of our room - next to the elevator and across from the ice machine. That, and the guests upstairs were noisy, but that isn't the property's fault.

We will stay again

Overall a good stay. We had people above us & you could hear them walking. It was quite loud... so that was unfortunate. Luckily they weren't up late. The room was in good shape & quite large. Bed was pretty good...same withe pillows. We slept well because the windows could open & we like the fresh air. And it was mostly quiet. We liked have the kitchenette area. Bathroom is pretty tiny--but it's good that it has an exhaust fan. Breakfast was quite good. Definitely better than most hotel breakfasts. Location is great too! We will stay again

Service was top notch, especially the night clerk. Consummate professional. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The black out blinds worked perfectly. Best sleep I've ever had at a hotel. There was mold covering the entire shower floor. Wasn't elated about that. The TV guide's channels were not not even close to the actual channels. A minor inconvenience, but annoying none the less. Overall, I would stay there again especially since it's 2 blocks from my venue. Quiet location and overall friendly staff and ambiance.

Lots of broken things in our room. Shower head broken, closet doors broken, wall holders for the shampoo and conditioner ripped off the wall broken. Heater/ac stopped working. Definitely needs some maintenance for repairs.
