It looks like it is newly renovated. It is spacious & clean. The area is quiet but within a minute driving, there is Target & Costco. Just the breakfast area is small.

Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast had lots of options, all very delicious. Located in a very nice area of Williston, about an hour away from all the attractions you could want (Portland, Coast, Mt. Hood etc)

Easy check-in, I got in late and that was no problem. They had my reservation ready. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I would expect and more. The breakfast in the morning was about what you'd expect but very tasty and fresh. Parking was very easy. It is Very easy to access both the directions of the interstate from there, and it is a very short drive off of the interstate to get to the hotel. There is gas and convenience stores nearby, as well as shopping (Costco and Target) and food (fast food chains mostly). For the price, would absolutely stay again. I've gotten less for more money before.

The guy at the service desk at the afternoon check in was great! He was a new guy. The morning girl at breakfast was very impatient. No customer service. Listening to her ear phones in one year. Just rude. The workout equipment does not work meaning the treadmills. Not functional. But loved the room. It was perfect.

The approach into the parking lot was very unkept whuch did not give a good feeling of this particular Best Western. The room was very clean but definitely needs a refresh upgrade. Also every little sound from above unit could be heard. It was like they were in my room. Especially the shower and any running water noise. I would ot recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place. It was disappointing and I most likely will not stay thereb in the future. The staff was extremely helpful, professional and friendly-the bright spot of my stay.

Room looks big and nice but the smell was horrible! It smelled like pet urine odor! I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but didn’t expect this strong odor! I opened the windows which made it slightly better! Thankfully it was a one night stay! Also the staff - the trainee was by himself in the evening and overwhelmed with checking in process!

Sadly i feel like this property has really gone down. My family and I went there back in 2021 and it was great. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable back then. This time we went the rooms were gross the beds were very comfortable and they made noise when you move. Our toilet made a very loud noise every couple of minutes.The walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors talking. I was just very disappointed and we will not be back.
