Although we were told there was an airport shuttle, the shuttle stopped running before we arrived so we had to pay for uber. We had trouble finding a phone number to call the hotel because the reservation confirmation didnt have a phone number on it and the website only had a number for reservations. When we finally arrived, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied . Although we had reserved a room with a king bed, our room had two queen beds. We had stayed at this hotel before but will probably not stay there again. Problems were a combination of factors from Hotels.com and from the hotel.
