the actual condition of the facilities did not match what was depicted in the advertisements, specially the photos. The breakfast provided was quite disappointing, consisting only of coffee and tea, a basket of apples, and an empty basket of yogurt. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom had an uncomfortable amount of hair present. Additionally, no dish soap was provided for the dishwasher, and when I requested some, my request was refused. Kitchenet was useless since there were no utensils or plates in the room.

The hotel/Expedia had no mention that the property was under construction. No hot breakfast as advertised and getting to the room required exiting building and going through a side door. It’s Portland, it rains. When we arrived there was a sign saying “be right back” and 15 minutes later I saw the worker drive up in their car. They walked into the area surprised that my group and another were waiting. The room itself was clean but no hairdryer and the front façade in bathroom fell off almost landing on my foot. There was no hot breakfast but a toaster and saran wrapped bagels. The morning worker apologized saying others are complaining and they would tell management! I use Expedia all the time for years and years- this was a huge disappointment.

Good Stay despite Renovation

Big renovations going on so very limited Grab and Go Bagels, Muffins and Yoghurt. Room was very comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful.

They were doing renovations, but my room was really nice. It had a small 2 burner range and small full-sized refrigerator with freezer. The bed was extremely comfortable and the desk had built in lights and usb plugs to charge your devices.There were only two things I thought of as cons. The first is that the toilet paper was so thin it seemed to be a one ply and very rough. The second con is that the bathroom light is on a sensor which also automatically turns on the very loud exhaust fan. Not great if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I did not use the shower, but it looked really nice. I booked this hotel mostly for the airport shuttle which was timely, ran on a regular schedule, and the driver was friendly.

Brand new room , spacious, clean and good location, near to Pdx airport. Everything was great with affordable price this will be our go to place , if we around the location . I recommend this hotel.

Nice and comfortable; still getting refurbished

Very pretty newer building; still under construction in some areas. Had to use a separate entry to access the elevator due to hallways still being worked on. The only complaint would be the automatic light sensor in the bathroom. The fan comes on with the light and is quite loud in the middle of the night. I don't think it's necessary to have it come on automatically.
