There was plenty of parking and the grounds are well-maintained and clean. The area felt safe. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel and room were very clean. Everything in the room was in good condition. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We were missing sheets and a blanket for the hide-a-bed, which a guest associate quickly brought to us. The hide-a-bed mattress was very uncomfortable, as it was easy to feel every spring. Nice selection at breakfast which was well-stocked. Easy check out.

Ok place to stay for the holidays. Like that it’s pet friendly and the bathroom is pretty big. Not sure if you have to request housekeeping services, but we didn’t have any in 4-night stay

Hotel desk clerk was nice, but a little sarcastic. The sofa bed mattress was stained and looked gross. The refrigerator was extremely noisy (even though we didn’t use it). Housekeeping did not clean our room or replace towels after we left (and hung the appropriate hanger on the door). We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and sheets and do that ourself.

Great location. Needs sprucing up.
Location of the room was perfect since we were traveling with 2 dogs. First floor and exit was just around the corner. Nearby park for great walking! The bed, linens, and pillows were not comfortable. Poor quality to start and worn past their prime. Breakfast was mediocre. I stayed here 24 yrs ago and it looked to me as though decor was the same. Great location but definitely could use sprucing up.
