Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip and had to rely on a box fan. Moreover, the toilet didn’t flush correctly, hot water was scarce at best—just a nightmare from beginning to end. And I’ve now asked multiple times for reimbursement/a refund and have been met with total radio silence. AVOID.
