Unfortunately the heat pump malfunctioned, so the room was very cold. I notified the staff, who were extremely accommodating, and changed our room. Easy waking access to all of downtown.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel..loved everything about it 10/10 recommended. The room felt so nice and cozy the beds were so comfortable! Felt like sleeping on a cloud..loved having a kitchen and vanity. complimentary robes to use while you stay & bottle of wine was a plus!! Overall great value for the price. Wonderful staff as well. Definitely our new go to hotel when visiting downtown Portland. The underground parking structure felt safe and worth the parking fee. Easy access to hotel

A fantastic stay.
My companion and I recently stayed there for New Years Eve and the extra touches they provided like the complementary wine tasting, chocolate truffles, to the bottle of champagne to ring in the new year were all a very nice bonus. The room was warm and inviting and the king bed was super plush and very comfortable.
