This property has changed ownership and we were not notified. The heater was blowing cold all the time even with heat turned to 78. I paid in advance for two nights when I booked with you and then they charged me again for the room after I went home. Have not gotten a refund yet as they stated I would. Property is now Hilton Garden Inn. Staff didn’t seem to be very efficient. Room was not serviced after the first night. No clean towels or coffee restocked. No breakfast available.

A lot of construction. When I was given my room, I went up to my room and found out there was someone already in that room, had to go back to get a different room. This experience was very terrible and felt very unsafe. Also, when we got our new room, the room would not lock. I waited a long time at check in for someone to arrive and attend us. Overall it was not a good experience

Stayed for a weekend trip here and was not impressed by any means. It’s under construction at the moment in the lobby, but the room itself had an area of the tv stand that was falling apart. Beds were very uncomfortable, super FIRM and had coil springs that dig into your back all night. In the evening/night time it’s almost impossible to find staff. They turned our keys off early as well, even though we booked two nights. It was shut off after one night, which was a big inconvenience. We were also surprised that someone charged room service to our room that we did not order. Thankfully the charge was removed, but that’s concerning they can do that from the hotel restaurant. Property was very noisy at all hours of the day/night. Between the sound of the freeway and the noisy guests next door or in the hallway, sleep was hard to come by. Do not recommend staying here, especially with small children. Lots of drinking from the hotel restaurant on the weekends.

The hotel is doing a remodel during my stay. Contractors and the hotel did an excellent job of containing construction. The front desk and housekeeping were so helpful with requests. My room was newly remodeled and was beautiful. The food at the restaurant, de Fuego Grille was phenomenal.

In the process of being remodeled into a Hilton. Clean rooms, nice amenities- soap, hair care and lotion. Comfy beds, comfy sheets and really wonderful black out blinds.

The property is currently under renovation, and therefore access to some amenities was not available. I regard this as a minor inconvenience for my stay, as almost all of the things I require were available and in top-notch condition.

Under Construction Hotel, avoid until it's complet

Hotel is currently going through a renovation and they are clearly not ready. TV didn't work, they said some of the rooms had issues and all they could do was to move us to a different room but never contacted us about getting the move completed. No hair dryer, No ice bucket, ice machine on our floor was not working, had to get towels from front desk. I have stayed here in the past and was very dissapointed in it's current state of affairs.

Too bad. Expected better.

My room was like sleeping on the freeway. It was amazing. The heat/air conditioning was very hard to regulate. The air flow was very high and in my face all night until I increased temperature; then I had to lower temp again. Never got it comfortable.

This property is under construction. *Inconvenient to walk to your hotel room. *Rooms are clean and average *Beds are fine. Nothing to write home about *Hotel room doors have a 1 inch gap from the floor *Staff was friendly *Close to Mall and many dinning options on site *Outdoor pool I personally am not going to stay here again but for a one night stop its clean

I stayed during building rennovatiin - it will soon be a Hilton Garden Inn. My room was modern and beautiful- already remodeled. The rest of property was older and in construction, but who spends time hanging out. Hallways? Great price during G renovation, and very nice, helpful staff.
