The night was cheap, but the rooms arent the cleanest. The wifi is useless if using it for gaming. Staff was friendly.

Clean enough, but sheets were super rough.
Late check-in 130am was helpful. Bed and pillow had hair on them. One bed had moderately comfortable sheets, the other bed had very old, nubbly sheets, like sleeping on burlap. It was pretty bad. Both bedspreads were stained. Other than that the room was clean enough.
Front desk knew I booked from the Expedia site & my stay was non-refundable so they made me wait til 3pm to check in — kept “letting me know” that they’re very limited on space for the type of room I booked after they checked in a couple before me…mind you I booked this room ahead of time.

Adrian the front desk associate was very unprofessional. I let Adrian know in advance that I was calling corporate customer service to fill a official complaint all due cause he thinks it’s acceptable and fair for only me just me to wait until at least 4:10pm to check in to a room when I already paid for the hotel room in advance on Expedia.
Also I walked in a second time into the lobby to ask if a room was ready and this was past check in time… check it is 3:00pm….. this time Carmen what looks to be the manager cause she was the only one wearing a nametag and Adrian was there and they both wanted to argue that it’s acceptable that I wait past check until at least 4:10pm and possibly even longer for a simple room I paid for. Their excuse was that the situation was acceptable and they been getting lots of business for Spring break and they canceled my reservation also threatened me that I was banned permanently from their property and wasn’t welcomed and that’s going to get them both fired for that cause you can’t ban a customer for filing a complaint to customer service on Adrian originally for treating a customer poorly.
Not ok to discriminate towards me, treat me poorly, by not serving your customer for what the customer paid for. There is other managers above you, I would appreciate at less a write up for both of them possibly termination. I’m allowed to check in early at 2:50pm to pay for the accidentals security deposit and give my vehicle info, get a parking pass!
Really friendly and inviting staff that explained everything well and clearly but also made sure to make me feel like smiling. Which I imagine with any customer service job can be hard at times. I was very impressed with how clean the room was and it didnt Reek of twenty years of smoking like some other locations. Whatever they dk here it works. Look forward to staying there again
