For Manager and Staff alike
the picture of the room showed a jacuzzi and when I ask to get that specific room, I was told no with no explanation. on top of that the door had to be forced shut, felt a little more safe after barricading the door with furniture. security guards highly recommended and desperately needed. maid was completely disrespectful trying to barge her way in the room after I specifically said I will hand her everything. before check out we were told to leave. I was quiet and trying to be comfortable. staff was not helpful. never staying there again

The bedding had to be changed it was disgusting the room needed cleaning with bleach. The noise was unbelievable no coffee in room, it was nothing like the pictures never stay there.

Room was very dirty and smelled terrible, I booked and payed ahead of time and when we arrived, they said my card declined after payment had already gone through on my end. They made me pay again so now I have to dispute the first charge and deal with credit card company

Yes, I don't think there are any non smoking rooms even if it says so on the door. I saw people smoking with doors open in non smoking room. When we opened our room's door a strong cigarette smell came gushing out. Bad.

Beds were only SLIGHTLY more comfortable than other lower priced facilities, but still not what one might want if you don't like ultrafirm. Yes, there are stains on and holes in the carpet, but I did not feel uncomfortable in the room or bed in relation to the cleanliness. Hopefully one does not need a lot water out of the faucet, because it just isn't there. Employee did not know how to handle a reservation through Expedia, so I had to stand and wait in the office while she found out what to do and not collect the monies a second time from me..

When I walked into my non-smoking room the smell of stale smoke was thick in the air. There were burn holes in the comforter, bed sheets, and even the pillow cases. You could see the stains on the pillows through the cases. The mattress box spring was covered in horrible stains. There was a giant hole in the bathroom door, thick ashes in piles on the floor, and burns all over the ledge of the tub. Not clean at all.

Actually I was quite pleased and thought this motel a very good value. My room was spacious and clean though dated. The price was great and no surcharge for my dog! The location worked well for my appointments, it was very pet friendly and everyone was extra nice to me and my pooch. For the price and convenience I will definitely stay here again. I did not feel unsafe. The property is completely fenced. My only complaint is that Expedia has it incorrectly listed as having a pool and restaurant on site. Had it have had a pool as advertised and some updating I'd give it four stars for value.

Motel 6 gets a 9.5
Wow! The room was clean, bathroom clean, property clean....one hiccup, though, a few stains on the bed cover. Having a coffee maker in the room would have been nice, too. But the bed was amazing! Having a bad back, I was expecting to wake up in pain. Surprisingly, I had a good night's sleep and woke up rested and invigorated. The shower had two things I was happy to see: the curved shower curtain rod and the shower head. Positive improvements!

The bed was ok but the rest should be put out! We had a room for non smoker but it was smelling bad. They had only coffe for breakfast.
