Our first visit ever to Portland was extra special because of the Park Lane Suites and Inn experience. Our suite was comfortable, exceptionally clean and made it a perfect home away from home for our time with our daughter, who lives nearby (she actually recommended the hotel). The staff was so helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome - great hospitality makes everything better. We will be back!

Very friendly, nice large suite with kitchenette, separate room and sitting area. And free parking, all of which is not that easy to find in that part of portland. I really liked the people and the hospitality.

Great location, everything else below average

Great location. However, room was in another building and it was raining. No elevators. Very few counters or space in room and there was only 2 of us. There were a couple of gross spots on the bedsheets and cover. The windows do not have full blackout coverage and the exterior lights shine in the sides. A little noisier than normal. Out of 4 hotels stayed in Portland area this was our least favorite.

Great home base for your Portland adventures. Close to downtown, but far away enough u don't have to deal with unruly folks. Avoid 209 and 208, they are in the noisiest park of the building.

The room was well designed and tastefully furnished. The location was outstanding. The staff gave us an opportunity to upgraded our room. We were very glad we did. Since the weather was poor we enjoyed the view from the room all the more. Only thing missing were hangers and a microwave.

Beautiful view of downtown Portland if you are on the far backside. Liquor store and dispensary close and easy to walk to. Only negative was the ice machine was out of order and had to walk over to the basement of the main building.

The best deal in town. In a safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and more specifically to Providence Park. There is FREE parking. Cookies and fruit in the morning. Friendly staff, clean. No frills for sure but great for a night or two.

Nice room, on the smaller side than the pics show, but very nice front desk staff. Biggest issue was housekeeping just keyed into the room when the do not disturb was on the door - no knock or anything.

The hotel was great with one small exception, detailed below. The front desk staff were lovely. The cookies abd ciffee in the lobby were very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us; it was close to what we were planning to do, and there were lots of restaurants in walking distance. We really appreciated that parking was included and easy. The only thing that I didn't like was the fan in the bathroom (which was a single switch tied to the light and thus had to be heard of you turnedon the light) was deafening. So, so loud. And didn't actually work that well. Even with a short shower lasting 4 or 5 minutes, the mirror would be completely steamed up. Please address that. In spite of how nice everything else was, it would actually prevent me from staying there again.
