Overall we had a good time in Portland and the hotel was in a perfect area. I will say that we were not too impressed with the room at all.. for the price we paid for this hotel.. we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, size and set up. Staff was very welcoming and friendly but I would not stay here again for the money we paid.

Rather ordinary property that needs some fixing up in the rooms. Cheap cheap furnishings. Parking and amenities fees were atrocious but may be par for the course in Portland. Tried to give us a horrible room when we first checked in but we complained and they managed to find a better one!

absolutely fabulous hotel. lovey interior outside courtyard area for reading and chatting. near the old port and ferries to peaks island ,lots of shopping options. also if you ate in hotel or ordered drinks there they waived the 35.00 maintenance fee. daily.
