Highly recommend! Everything was walkable and the parking situation in the hotel was very easy and reasonable. Rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. Will be staying here again!

The cost of the hotel is decent enough for the location, but the $45 charge per night for valet parking is ridiculous! We assumed for our stay of 6 days the valet would be $270 added to our hotel bill. There was a total $410 valet fee on our final bill. We enjoyed the hotel, but I felt there were so many hidden costs that I will never stay there again.

PHH- Still the best!

PHH was really the first "upscale" property in old port..And still the best! We have stayed there countless times in the past, and stayed at most of the other properties in town. Service, location and hotel property can't be beat!

Great place to stay in Portland!

We were very impressed with the Portland Harbor Hotel and I mentioned to my husband several times that we will be staying there again the next time we travel to Portland. It was also a very convenient walk to the Cross arena. The staff were all excellent and very friendly!

This property is very nice, clean, with a great staff who's always ready to be helpful. The location is right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping, and a short walk to the bay.

Cute hotel, conveniently located, staff friendly, room was okay, bed was uncomfortable on one side, heater-airconditioner unit was extremely loud when turning on and off. Destination fee was ridiculous addition, you had to eat or drink at the property to have it deducted, therefore you spend much more. Liked the coffee bar on each floor, nice touch.

Super Stylish and Comfortable Stay

What an amazing stay! Next time we will stay for more than 1 night. The hotel was easy to drive right into the valet garage. The desk staff was super pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a nautical theme that was beautifully done, down to details like drawer pulls. The artwork and lighting was perfect. Our room was clean, huge, and had a wonderful view of the garden area. So many towels, a nice wardrobe and bar area, a full bath and a shower. It was a studio apartment size! Every floor has a snack/breakfast area that was well stocked. I will always reserve a room here when I visit Portland, ME.

Very, Very Nice

Smallish hotel with a personalized feel, great amenities and location & lots of small comforts. Probably make it our place to stay in this entertaining, restaurant-mad town. We live only an hour away but for its size, Portland has an incredible food, beer, and even coffee scene. This is a perfect place to be smack in the middle of it but still have peace and quiet and kind attention when you need it.
