This was an excellent A1 experience. We arrived several hours after regular check in because of delayed flight, the front desk was ver nice. The driver picked us up at the airport quickly in a nice black suv, very clean. The driver was nice, friendly and professional, safe driver, the hotel check-in was very smooth. The hotel was clean and very pretty nice lounge and the food at Eighteen95 was outstanding.

Location was amazing - in walking distance to mostly everything we wanted to see. Airport shuttle was a great perk. Room and hotel itself were nice. The one downside was it was SO loud. You can hear everything outside, next door, above you, and in the hallways. We were woken up multiple times each night. While I know noise cannot be controlled outside the hotel should have better noise cancelling windows/doors so guests can have a good rest.

Clean, comfortable hotel with small luxuries that make for an amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location could not be better with such close proximity to Portland’s best shopping and dining. Highly recommend a stay here!
