One of the queen beds had dirt, hair, and some stains on the inside sheets. I was given fresh sheets but had to change the bed myself. There was a bit of lint and crumbs under the desk area. The hair dryer was not set up and in fact had the wires that would be needed to connect it to the wall exposed and the original packaging for the hair dryer was sitting on the counter.

Don't stay here.
I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The pictures online arent for this place. The only picture that looked accurate was the outside main building and the check in area. The motel is very outdated. It reminded me of what a low income efficiency apartment would look like. At check in there is a typed up piece of paper hanging on the wall mentioning something about if you don't like the cleanliness of your room you have 20 mins. to recieve a refund, this should of been the first red flag. The "suite" had a mirror barely hanging on the wall, the floor had old paint stains and something sticky on it, the bathtub was dirty. There wasn't a locked main door to get to your room so anyone could walk up to your door. In the room, the back door lock in the sleeping area was broke off, it did not feel safe there. We basically walked through and didn't end up staying there. I should of taken pictures, I wish I took pictures but I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Good luck getting a hold of the front desk. I called multiple times over a couple of days and nobody answered the phone. Someone however did answer on the reservation line, go figure. She transferred me to the main desk but still no answer, it would hang up after several rings. Read the reviews and steer away from this place.

I have had quite possibly the worst experience staying at this hotel and Expedia’s customer service has been beyond subpar. I feel my claim for compensation has been dismissed and that Expedia’s or the hotel’s customer service don’t care that I spent nearly $760 for two nights in a place I couldn’t stay or feel safe in. I was attending a memorial, but couldn’t check in until the wee hours of the morning as my friends and I were driving from New York. After cancelling a room at another hotel that couldn’t accommodate our late arrival, I booked a room at the Quality Inn based on photos of the rental and paid in full. I was expecting bare bones and was fine with that. This looked decent. It was a suite that slept up to 6. Two queens and one pull-out couch. I was given an opportunity to cancel up until the day before, but went ahead with the booking, assuming all was fine. Upon arrival just after 4am, we noticed that the check-in desk was shabby. I was fine with that. As long as the room was clean, my fellow guests were fine with it, too. On our way to our room, we noticed the stairwell had peeling paint and the carpet was dirty. As it’s a common area, while it felt a little seedy and we were a little taken aback, we just wanted to shower and get to bed so we could attend the funeral the later that morning. When we got to our room, the door was propped open, which alarmed us all. We walked into the room and we could immediately see it was filthy. The pullout couch was grimy an

Cost was very reasonable, we were there for the area attractions. Just needed a place to lay our heads at night. Wasn't looking for amenities. Motel was dated, but clean. Felt as safe as any other. Had to ask front desk for paper products twice. Housekeeping was a bit lacking. Breakfast (used once in 6 days) was adequate, but please find a higher quality coffee to serve!!

The fact that u have to jump through so many hoops to get a refund in this day and age is slightly ridiculous. Especially when the location on my phone jumps to across the country for no reason and can't get my money back for 3 days and ur homeless but raised the funds to stay somewhere warm and can't anyway. Bed Bugs. I can deal with the non working TV remote, or the non draining sink, or the noise outside all night, or the general uncleanliness of the room. Bed Bugs, so look elsewhere.

This particular Quality Inn was not Quality by any stretch of the imagination. Our first floor room had a dirty, stained old tub, and the room was run down. For most of the night, there was constant thumping foot traffic, and people hanging outside our door smoking and carrying on. I discussed this with the front desk person, and they moved us to a second story room in the main facility building, rather than on the outer fringe where we had been. When we got to our second story room, the door was stuck shut, because the door jamb strike plate was jamming against the door. Then we tried the shower, and it was non-functional. We had a hard time opening the door just to get out. I had to use all my strength to pull the door open. We went back down to front desk person and finally got a normal room where everything worked. I have never written a bad review of any Expedia listed property, because the three star rating corresponded to the type of facility you would expect. This place barely deserves a one star. Whoever is running this particular facility is letting it fall apart and does little or no maintenance. Expedia should strike this facility from their list,contact Quality Inn and let them know that this facility is terrible. The staff did the best they could, but, they are in a loser motel. I was not the only one complaining about the facility. I witnessed other unhappy guests at the front counter. Bottom line: go somewhere else
