The service was good, had a problem with the tv. They came to my room within 10 minutes and solved the problem. The breakfast was ok, but the carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable.

Booked this room for a bachelor party, so not like they needed the nicest room to sleep in.When they checked in there was a sign in the lobby that stated a room complaint needed to be placed within 20 mins of checking in. The room smelled so badly of bleach one guy couldn't even stand to be in the room for more than 10 mins. There was also carpet cleaning powder all over the tile. They complained, and were told there would be a 20% discount to the rooms.. They were charged full price, and Expedia left it up to me to call the hotel back and get them to honor the discount... which I still haven't gotten. When I called on a Thursday, I was told the manager wouldn't be back until Monday.... All and all a terrible place and terrible experience with Expedia...

I’m not sure if I was misinformed, but this hotel is not a hotel. It’s a motel. The entrance to your rooms is from the outside individually which I was not comfortable with - when I asked for a room upstairs, they were going to charge us more for the stay just because the rooms upstairs were 2 queens instead of 1 king bed. When I walked in, ⅔ women at the front just stared at me, very uncomfortably. Once we got into the room, the floors were sticky,

Quality inn south Portland

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby had a very strong fragrance... cleaner of some sort. The carpets really need to be cleaned both in the lobby and the rooms. They could probably do some in depth cleaning to the whole building. But overall, not a bad place.

The whole property smelled strongly like air freshener and febreeze. It was overwhelming at front desk, hallways and my room. I don’t know if they are trying to cover up an odor but it burned my nose and eyes. Also the bathtub looked like it was going to fall through the floor, I decided not to use it. I stayed one night because I had an early flight to the airport.

Absolutely disgusting filthy bathroom, rug had some king of oil on it. The table by bed covered I. A sticky goo substance and was charged for the room 275.00 . I wouldn’t let my worst nightmare stay there. It was 100% disgusting there was mold all over the bathroom shower curtain and a stained TOILET. The towels were like sandpaper. I WOULD LOVE A REFUND !!TOTALLY DISGUSTING

The shower rod was falling apart. We could not get any television. There was all kinds of tape on the mirror. It had a funny odor to the room. But the worst was I could not get television. I asked for a partial refund and they refuse. So people beware.

Fair breakfast selection, staff was helpful in resolving issues. Property is in poor condition in general run down. Some updating seems to have been done in some rooms. Just depends what you get when you get there.

This property and stay was horrible. At first the lobby looked ok when we checked in, but we were really tired so didnt really look around. When we got to the room, we were shocked. There were stains all over the bed, the flood, holes in the wall, mold in the bathroom, and the shower rod hanging down and barely screwed in the wall. We complained to the front desk about the condition and was told there was nothing they could do. We asked if there was any water to drink as their water container was empty in the lobby and we were told that we could go to the local grocery store or go purchase it from a vending machine in a different building. We put towels on the bed, slept for a few hours and then left. When we took a shower, water went all over the floor and even on the carpet since there was basically no shower curtain. We will never stay with this chain again and won’t book with Expedia again
