Terrible customer service. Inquired about re-scheduling our trip or obtaining a refund due to unpredictable personal circumstances that prevented us to travel and go to Portland from Vancouver. There was no sympathy from the staff and we were not able to talk to the Manager directly. We managed to email the manager personally to explain the circumstances hoping to be able to re-schedule the trip and did not receive a reply. We were unable to go and received to alternative solution.

It was very nice i would stay again i would just make sure i have a bag of some sorts for garbage and what nots also they didnt have cups in the room so if you brought something to drink you had to get a cupwhich wasn't hard to find but just slightly inconvenient

Other than i would have liked a tub (which isn’t a big deal) i loved my stay. Hotel staff was super nice no hidden fees - right next to buses and trains - clean and modern. It’s no frills and there is not much quick food by it - but that’s a downtown issue not a hotel vance issue.

The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive. The one complaint I have is that the charging stations in the garage are not well-policed (people park in the stalls for hours beyond their charging time). But the parking garage is managed by another company. So while they do have vehicle charging in the garage, it's a bit of rolling the dice on whether you can actually get in to charge you car.
