We were flying back home and needed to stay overnight somewhere. The room was clean, it was a little pricy we felt for the accommodations. The staff were nice, I would say somewhat sloppy dressed, but were kind, and accommodating.

I booked thru expedia. Trying to reach hotel by phone (to get shuttle) kept me on a merry go round system. Never able to access phone directly to the hotel. Very frustrating after 12 hours of flying.

First didn't like the idea of no elevators went with another couple and ask if our rooms can be close to eachother they put us upstairs and then downstairs didn't realize the noise from the windows about every hour through night then looked outside it was the plane landing or taking off it shakes the windows in the room The neighbor doors are always slamming then realize we were slamming the doors also when we leave our room because it didn't want to lock it took about 5 slams to lock Then our toilet got clogged we had to unclog it ourselves was given the plunger from front desk and it was 8am in the morning someone could've came up to do it staff was not friendly had problems with parking ticket leaving the premises we turned around to go back to front desk and the girl was so rude and didn't believe that the ticket was working and she had the odastity to say I have to go test your theory a nicer way of saying that you are lying all this while she was scrolling on her phone the whole time

Hotel smelled like cigarettes, was a bit ran down and in need of some improvement. While the hotel provides a place to rest for the night, this is probably not a place I’d opt to stay again.

A decent place to stay near PDX. They have complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The property was clean and well-maintained. There are no elevators at the property for some reason. The hallway noise penetrated the room. Our room was nice. The bed mattress was soft instead of dorm but not uncomfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The wanted amenities were there as desiired.

Definitely bring your own pillows. 3 pillows didn’t even equal 1 normal pillow because they were so flat and small. Booked a queen sized bed but it Definitely felt like a full size. Overall the bed wasnt too bad comfort wise. They need to update the keycards to get into the room because almost every time was a complete struggle and it wasn't just us, we watched several people have issues getting into their rooms because the cards wouldn't read properly. The rolling desk chair in our room was pretty worn down and had tears jn the seating and the hair dryer didnt work. I told the front desk that it didn't work but no one ever came to even look at it and we were there for 2 nights 3 days so that was pretty lame. Good location though. Close to downtown and airport.

Just a bed and a shower

Check in was great. Didn’t love that you had to book the airport shuttle at the front desk. I ended up going at 3am because the 3:30am was already booked. The hotel is ver serviceable. There’s nothing luxurious about it. But it seemed clean and everything worked. Just a bed to sleep in and a shower.

I’ve stayed at this Red Lion when I have a morning flight out of PDX so that I don’t have to wake up extremely early. The only drawback for some is that there are only stairs for guests to get to the second floor. Reserve a first floor room if this is a problem.
