The hotel is not maintained well. One mattress had collapsed in the middle. The door frame was in such bad shape that you could see into the hallway without opening the door. The hotel did not used to be this bad. I would stay away

It is good for the price and location to the airport. I do like their airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day. They do charge $10 to park overnight (crazy) and the building is really old and showing lots of wear and tear. But clean. Free coffee in the mornings.

I flew in late in the evening to Portland arriving at midnight after flying all day long. I tried to call for the shuttle to come pick me up even though I had sent an email a day or two before my arrival to let them know my travel plans. The phone # listed went to some nationwide reservation line and the guy was rude and said he would text me the local phone number for the motel so I could call a shuttle. He never texted me the # so I had to call back a second time and ask for the phone # again. I have no idea why they would not post a local # on their website so that travelers can call the motel directly to get the shuttle to pick them up. Posting only a nationwide reservation line makes zero sense.

The room itself was good. The hotel is in an industrial-type area, so you have to drive to eat, etc.?There's no bar/restaurant at this facilty. No elevator to the second floor. You have to go through a gate and get a parking pass each time you go in or out.

There is a bike path close by that goes all the way to airport that you can walk. Very short hotel shuttle to airport for early flights. Staff was very helpful and room were very nice.
