The staff were friendly and wonderful and helpful. The room was updated, clean and large. The main areas were clean and quiet. The areas around the hotel are great for shopping with the large mall across the street. Great location with easy access from the highway. My room was directly on the highway side and I heard nothing. Breakfast was extensive with offerings, hot and the area was kept clean and the food was delicious I travel often enough and at this place gets top marks! Will definitely book here again when I’m in town! Great value.

The check in staff was wonderful. My grandaughters 8 to birthday. They were so kind and personable. We always stay here when we are visiting our family. Love the room and all the restaurants around here. A mall is across the parking lot!

There is a big mall nearby with lots of food options for walking distance and more food options if driving. Don’t forget the food delivery services. Pool is nice and breakfast is yummy.

This Hotel is the absolute BEST HOTEL in the whole state of Oregon !! It’s super convenient located next to all shopping centers and restaurants! The Hotel is above and beyond expectations !!.. great breakfast included in the morning, coffee, tea, juices. An abundance of breakfast choices to chose from ! Super clean rooms, and the whole Hotel is super clean , anywhere you go . Very pleasant outside area to sit and relax at night or at anytime . Super comfortable beds and pillows !! I can honest say that after sleeping one night in this bed , I actually did not have any back, or leg pains that I normally do otherwise! The bed is like a soothing therapy to the body !! We absolutely love returning to this Hotel ( our 3 rd. time staying here ) , and we can’t wait for our next time staying here ! You feel like at home here .. and you never want to leave !!

At 1st I really liked the property. Up on checking in I had ask the staff if we can do late check out. We were told we couldn’t, due to they have a full house. Twice in the room we were in I have heard a little tiny foot running inside that room but see no one. Once at night once in the morning. Then at 11am the fire alarm went off only in our room when my husband is packing and I’m doing my daughter’s hair. Front desk called to check on us to make sure everything is ok and even housekeeping knocked on the door. We opened the door and told them everything is fine. Which they turn off the alarm. As soon as the door closed the fire alarm once goes off again. Housekeeping came in and did a run to make sure everything is ok which it was. We were cooking anything or have any steam going. Alarm threw us off which we hurry and packed and left. Before leaving we walked around and trying to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. We were so disoriented that we forgot our big throw blanket behind. When we realized it. We called the hotel around 5pm and 9pm but was told they haven’t had chance to clean our room yet. Which it was odd and we were told to call back the next day after 6pm to see if housekeeping has turn it in. When I called today no blanket was found. Either the little ghost took it or housekeeping decided to keep it or their front desk just too lazy to check. Either way nothing is adding up right. I don’t understand why they couldn’t give us a straight answer yesterday?
