This hotel is so nice -- lobby areas and room are very clean, designed with a flair. Generously sized everywhere. I loved this hotel. So comfortable and the desk person was very nice.

I had a terrible "handicapped" room that was supposedly an upgrade complete with no outlet by the sink, a chair in the shower and a handheld shower head that, when mounted, was way below my head. My room overlooked a ton of HVAC equipment that hummed all night and i had no housekeeping service. They tried to charge me for parking on the way out which seemed fitting. I didn't Myself have a car to park fyi which i explained at check in. My ex (we were there to see our son) stayed there tok and naturally had a river view and all the trimmings. He's a doctor after all. Thanks Hilton!
