It’s a great choice if you are seeing something at the Moda Center and not necessarily worried about safety. There was a creepy camper van in the parking lot that had people going in and out of all night.

VERY CLOSE TO MODA CENTER! We walked 5 min to our concert and had an excellent time. Property is a little dated but all in all GREAT

Good location, with much need TLC
Manager fixed light in bathroom, when reported on arrival. Clean and basic in a great location. Manger was helpful, and perhaps with intent of fixing needed repairs. Toilet ran continuously, reported on arrival, but not fixed, over next 3 days, so shut the door so that was ok. Good location, better when much needed maintenance is done.

there were ash burns in the comforter and issues with the bathroom. Ultimately if you're not spending time in the room its fine to just to sleep there. The pictures on the site make it look much different than it actually is. you have to pay to park which was also annoying ($10 a night) then $15 a night for another car.... Don't need to stay here again
