Customer service at the front desk needs improvement. They gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor. The room TV did not change channels. The volume buttons on the remote worked, channel surfing did not.

What an unexpected gem!
I thought the hotel had a nice layout, beautiful landscaping, and was quiet. The restaurant food and drinks were great, and the free breakfast was exceptional. Even the fitness center was pretty modern. Thank, BW!

We had a room with a view to the courtyard and could listen to the fountain and relax. Parking was snug with most spaces full if returning late in the evening. Good choices for breakfast.

Pro’s: Room was spacious and clean. Loved the laminate floors instead of carpeting—and the bathroom renovation was lovely. Central park/pool area was very pretty as well. Con’s: Hotel is on two floors with no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or can’t do stairs you’ll need to request a first floor room. But maintenance staff is great at helping schlep bags upstairs. Towels are thin and scratchy — not up to the quality of the bathroom.

Poor customer service threatening representation of the company, unclear rules of checkout and check-in policies, lying, after getting confirmation for a early checkout with no cost housekeeping and a manager attempted to enter into the room before 1:00. This caused me to wake up in a disarray and defensive way. I thought somebody was trying to break into the room. I'd already stated multiple times to the maintenance team that the deadbolt was not working. So that they thought that we weren't trying to stay in the room I propped the door up very carefully with a towel, then the manager for the property claim that I caused damage to the door. This will be handled in small claims court if they decide to charge anything for room damages. I have pictures of the room before and after
