Check in messed up and we were charged twice. Took a long time to get our room. Manager was asked questions about how to help us get checked in and was very slow to help. Finding we got charged twice shows the help the manager half-a$$ed did, didn’t do anything. Room was large, beds okay, tear in bottom of drape, faucet in bathroom didn’t work, toilet seat shifted anytime sitting on it. But other than that it was good. Even being next to the airport it was very quiet.

There wasn't anything particular that set this property above any other similar properties. It was good for the price and nearby the airport. We did not find a good restaurant nearby, just a diner like restaurant. I don't think I would feel comfortable walking in the area.

The ladies at check in were friendly, professional, and efficient. However, when I went up to my room there was trash and used towels outside my door in the hallway and several other rooms adjacent to mine. I immediately went back and informed the front desk. The clerk said that is the way the housekeepers clean the rooms and they will pick it up later. When I returned after going out 10 hours later, the trash and towels were still on the floor and they were there when I checked out later the next day. Very unsightly and unsanitary.
Trash and towels outside my room as I checked in and the following morning as I left.

The property was dirty rundown and nasty there was stuff peeling off the ceiling the toilet didn't flush the carpet was stained it was just the worst place to stay

I was surprised and very pleased to see how nice the room/ suite was. I commended the staff upon checkout and they confirmed prices will be going up upon renovation completion by Hyatt Hotels. Maybe just lucked out on this one then.

This property really needs an upgrade. Hallways smelled of smoke, wallpaper in the rooms was peeling, and we could hear everything in other rooms and in the halls throughout the night. We stayed here because we needed a place to stay before heading to the Portland airport for an early morning flight which was convenient, however we would not recommend staying here for an extended period of time.

Overall it was a good visit quiet. It’s well kept for how old it is only thing I didn’t like was there was never anyone to talk to to ask for towels or anything they were always talking to each other or on their phones and my room had a bit of a ant problem not horrible but still. The front counter staff were perfect and very helpful. I’d book there again just if you have small kids I wouldn’t it was quit a few “ladies of the night” that stayed there.
