Poor advertising of the room with the tub. The AC did not work. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Early check in was a joke. Hidden fees not shown on this app. $25 a night parking fee. They charge you about $65 more over your room price for holding fee just in case you spend more.

The hotel, room, and staff were really nice. The area around the hotel has a lot of homelessness and drug use. My car was broken into in their parking lot. Staff helped me put plastic over the broken window and clean it up.

Staff was nice and the room and hotel were nice. The location was great for getting to and from local restaurants and bars, but there was a lot of homelessness and vagrancy in the area around the hotel.
