There's no staff after 10:00 p.m. there is one security guard that is in charge of several properties. There are sketchy people that hang out in the parking garage dealing drugs and doing prostitution. The pool was green and unable to be used. The vending machines and ice machines were locked up at night. There were no dishes in the kitchenettes like described.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Front desk gave weird vibes. Didn’t tell us how to find the room or where to go. Inside building smelled very bad. Several different smells. Parking was atrocious. Very small outside and inside. Could be dangerous.
Room was surprisingly nice. Very clean. Had three beds instead of two as expected.
Building was egged overnight and had to step over the mess.

I did like the room's, but I was going to report the broken tv, and I heard an other visitor was doing same thing, so I just turn around, because I have seen this some issue in others hotels and they don't care. So if you do care, room 245 tv doesn't work
I normally do not post reviews, but I absolutely needed to in this case. We got to Portland around midnight and were instructed to call the phone number for security as there is no one at the front desk after 10pm. Security took about 30 minutes to get to the property but was very kind and unlocked our room for us, however could not provide us a key as we were not “officially checked in”. The room was nothing at all like what was pictured. The drawer provided was broken and unusable. The floor was dirty. The room had an odor, and an even worse odor came from the sink drain. We could also hear every single footstep coming from the guests upstairs. We didn’t even bother to shower due to the uncleanliness of the room, just went straight to bed. I immediately booked a new hotel for my remaining stay. At around 10am as we were getting ready to leave, a random person was knocking on our door. When we opened, they stated that “I’m trying to book a room and the front desk said that you would be leaving soon,” and then proceeded to attempt WALKING INTO MY HOTEL ROOM to “check it out.” This was the strangest, most uncomfortable hotel experience I’ve ever had. You can find better hotels at comparable prices.

I mean, it was a bed and a shower in the morning, but I think that it could’ve been a little bit cleaner for the amount of money I paid
This was a very disappointing and unsafe stay. The room had a bad odor and the deadbolt was broken, so I couldn’t properly secure the door. As a solo female traveler, I had to push furniture against it and hang keys on the handle for security.
There was no elevator, which I wasn’t warned about. I have a disability and had to carry my luggage up the stairs — extremely difficult after a long day of travel.
I was so exhausted that I chose not to switch rooms, and honestly, I didn’t think another room would be any better.
The most disturbing part was waking up Saturday morning to people running through the hallway and a man yelling “I’ll kill you!” multiple times, with a woman screaming “Let him go!” It was terrifying. No staff ever followed up or intervened.
I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers, disabled guests, or anyone concerned about safety and basic comfort.
Quick and easy check in. Very friendly and helpful service. Location was great lots near by. If I had been by myself I probably would have felt a little too scared to stay there by myself to be completely honest.
Area seemed shady. Lots of smoking in the property corridor that you can smell in your room. Terrible bed. Couldn't get any sleep. Trimmed hairs on the towel
Terrible condition. The place smells musky in some areas, cigarette and weed smell in other areas, dirty carpets, room had old rotting food in cupboards, chairs and floors were covered in a sticky substance, stove didnt work, no kitchenware provided, large living space but no couch or furniture besides bed and a table with 2 nasty chairs. pool was advertised but was disgusting and out of service. Photos indicated toiletries being provided but there was nothing but a bar of soap. Do not waste yout money staying here.
Wow, listen all I have to say is if you wanted a cheap stay here it is. You want to stay somewhere for about 80-90 bucks a night, go ahead and stay here but I’d say stay away! Bite the bullet and pay an extra 30 for peace of mind somewhere nicer. Parking garage under this thing is something out of true crime podcast, everyone stares at you like YOU aren’t to be trusted. I think it’s just one guy that runs this place and half the time he’s not even at the desk. EVERY. Single. Surface in this room has NEVER been wiped down since probably they opened. Our tvs speakers were broken most likely because the walls are made of construction paper. And I can’t say much for those living in the hotel long term, because hey I’ve been there but ohhhhhh listen it’s cheap, and you’ll get cheap.
