First of all. the hotel announces breakfast-there was none. That's false advertising. Second i could hear the person in the other room snoring all night-horrible and scary Third the rooms smell like cigarettes' smoke and its very outdated

Five stars - convenient to access both the downtown of Portland and the interstate highways to get back home to WA. Polite and helpful staff. Easy parking. Clean room, everything was functional, no weird smells, plenty of towels, good lighting, easy chair and desk, tv and wifi - met our needs nicely.

It was ok, the staff was truly helpful. Although, there was an incident involved with staff I disliked very much. So, it was not the quietest space, and I could hear a lot. There was staff near my door having a discussion. It seemed to be between a room cleaner and maybe her manager, and then another female staff member who was translating. It got a little loud, with the male manager (I believe) speaking quite rudely to the employee, even cursing. I opened my door to look and to maybe let them know I was able to hear from my room and that I was aware of the situation. I even watched for a moment (manager could see me) but he didn't do anything upon seeing me. I finally spoke up, and said "Perhaps you could take this conversation elsewhere, where customers can't hear". He just replied, rather rudely, in my opinion, and with no apology, "We're done here". It really bothered me, the way the room cleaner was being spoken to in a degrading manner, and also that he seemed to not care one bit that it was bothering a customer. If said man is a manager/employee, he obviously does not know how to conduct business in a professional manner. Other than that, all other staff members I dealt with were quite cordial and professional. The room was ok, but there was no USB port to plug into that I could find. The tv channels don't match the guide, so you have to play around with it.

The lady who checked me in at reception was nice. However, there are no elevators. My fiancé will be looking to fly to Oregon and he is disabled. Was disappointed in the lack of breakfast they offered.. Don’t know if I’d be staying there again
