We were very happy with the convenience of the hotel to town. The room was clean and beautiful but there was continuous repiticious sound of a machine all day and night that was frustrating. The tv also would not allow us to use our accounts to watch any apps. Thank you for all your assistance with finding out room and the two 10.00 gift certificates to the store.since it was off season so no breakfast.

When staying in the fall, very limited amenities. No bar, no restaurant, view of a pond and tennis courts. There was someone’s meal left in the refrigerator. Other than that the room was clean. Building was fairly new. Advertising was very misleading, it really didn’t show where you would be staying . I feel they should not continue to put the main building in there advertising when it is closed down.

We had a wonderful stay at the Colony Hotel. Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices available. We look forward to our next stay with them!

We loved the beautiful seaside location and meticulously groomed property. Our suite was bright and colorful cottage style and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back !

Wonderful view of the ocean from the inn. Beautiful surroundings and a very friendly staff. Wifi on the premises was horrible if you're trying to use the web or watch tv but otherwise a wondedul stay.

This is a storied Hotel Resort that has just complete a new section to be year round. Original portion of the hotel is over 100 years old with breathtaking presence taking its position with views and sounds of the ocean. Breakfast buffet each morning left you wanting for nothing. A wonderful way to experience Kennebunkport.

Obviously, The Colony is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. I have stayed there previously, but the current breakfast buffet was a MAJOR disappointment. At prior stays, it was one of the highlights of the stay. Now it is no better than any ordinaryhotel chain "free breakfast." I am sorry to say this offset all the other things I loved and still love about The Colony.

Very nice stay in new building (Coveside). Clean, new, good housekeeping service. Breakfast in main building was good. Check in was easy , we received complimentary wine. Always a nice stay although expensive but that’s Kennebunkport.
