We cannot wait to return to this hotel on our next visit to Portland. The hotel itself was very nice and in a great location. The staff was super accommodating and beyond helpful with anything and everything we asked of them. We look forward to our next visit.

The Hollywood staff did not exist that midnight. I didn't feel it was my kind of high end community and hotel. I was insulted with bad customer experiences, which resulted in a 911 phone call, which resulted in on campus cops resolutions that night. It's not the kind for Asian money.

I did not choose this location - my client did. It's just of one night. Only one restaurant within walking distance. Exterior and lobby at very nice. Room very large which is great but same residence inn dull decor...some furniture in my room showing wear. Don't stay here without access to a car.
