This hotel is very clean, modern, has a nice breakfast, and is 10 minutes from the heart of Portland. The staff at this hotel was really great. Friendly and helpful.

Management are scammers. They agreed to cancel and exchange a room on Monday for Tuesday, and then charged me for both. Fortunately, I had a representative from Hotels.com handle the transaction for me. But you nor I should have to deal with this issue again. Terrible management and customer service!

Clean hotel with really nice staff

The pictures on this one were a bit old so the game area wasn't quite this nice... more suited to kids, but overall it wa s a nice space and Tru tends to be consistent. The service here was excellent and the breakfast was really well done. I espectially appreciated that those of us who came down to breakfast later didn't get cold leftovers. The rooms were clean and I like that Tru doesn't have carpets now. We had a really pleasant stay here and were able to relax in our room on days when we needed to take a beat. This hotel was also super dog friendly and I loved that there was space to walk my dog.

I did not appreciate the way I was treated by the manager at this property. We had confusion around our hotel stay and cancellation policies. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was not given their information. I stated that I was going to leave a review on the business page. The manager then stated that I was "threatening" them and hung up the phone. I have never been treated so poorly. Terrible experience and they are refusing to refund me.

Staffs are very friendly and responsive. Hair conditioner in the bathroom was out. Staff gave us small bottles and had it switched out the next day. The bed and pillows are too soft. I like firmer mattress and pillows. I felt back aches after sleeping on the bed.

Nice clean - Good Rest

Nice and clean hotel, near the airport. Staff advised that there was hot-tub and pool next door at the Ramada Inn where Tru had access too. Went to Ramada and only pool. Good Breakfast and played some pool.
