Everything was nice, bed are comfoI recently had a fantastic stay and everything about the room was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided. It was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We really liked the hotel however when we went to shower we discovered that there were no bath towels. It turned out that the only towels in the room were a hand towel and wash cloth that we used the night before. We were catching a 5:00am flight so there was no way to get towels at 3 am when we needed them. Too bad because we were pretty impressed by the hotel otherwise.

There was no clock/radio or coffee maker. No one cleaned my room or made the bed. People were running around and jumping on the floor past midnight which made sleep difficult. I know the last item was not totally under the hotels control.and just when I was ready to call the noise diminished.

At 9:30 pm on Christmas Eve, my husband and I were declined access to the room for which we paid in full, weeks in advance. Why? I booked it in my name, but don’t drive so our provision of an ID and credit card at the desk was his, not mine. But because I could not provide a photo ID, “I could be anybody” she said. I did have my receipt of paid in full; I provided my full name for her to look us up and the receipt. I wonder if anyone else came in after me and used my name to claim the room, but had a driver license? Of course not, but that’s the logic she used. She refused to work with us in any way. We left, with nowhere to stay on Christmas Eve. We had to circle back to family we were visiting, late at night. We are older. I later learned there is contactless option, so we could have avoided her? She gave us no help to do that. I’m appalled by the lack of hospitality skill set. They basically took my money, and provided me with nothing. We call that thievery.
