Breakfast advertised as at 6, but when I came down to grab something before getting on shuttle they told me that it is not available Sundays until 7. Left without anything but lukewarm coffee. Soap and body wash dispensers in room were too clogged to work. Online photos show at least some heatable food options at front for purchase but the only available was candy and chips and Campbells tomato soup. Microwave dirty.

Location is great, convenient and the shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was great. Property is very nice and clean, room is kinda small but very nice. The only problem I had was the noises at night, the wall must’ve been so thin that I could hear people open and closes their doors. Woke me up several times from door slamming noises. So I didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately.

I've stayed at a number of TRU hotels and love them. This one surprised me on 3 issues: 1 - $10/day to park my car in an area that is not crowded 2 - I called for help non working internet; desk clerk said she couldn't help. 3 - Shower had mold in multiple areas that were difficult to reach but easy to see.

My room was not well soundproofed. I was startled awake multiple times during the night due to noises from other rooms that I should not have been able to hear (ie. blinds opening, soda cans opening, etc). There was not easy access to surrounding coffee shops, restaurants, or shopping. The hotel provided a shuttle to a convenience store and the nearby strip mall, but nothing was walkable from the hotel.
