The hotel and room was excellent. However, the room lacked a remote for the TV. We told them about the issue so they asked if we would come down to get a remote. It turned out to be the wrong remote for our TV. When I returned it and told the desk person she said she'd report it to maintenance but with no apology or suggest she'd find the right one. As she was playing in her phone at the time I assume she was too busy to help.

Did not like the fact that they put $50 on my credit card for incidentals which one week later they have still not credited back to my account. The charge goes through immediately, but the credit, well that takes time.

The $10 parking surprise for a short overnight stay was completely unexpected. This was not flagged when I made the reservation. Front desk folks mentioned that everyone seems to be surprised by the parking charge, and that it’s kept pretty hidden when making reservations. Charges like this are bad, surprises are worse. Will not stay here again, and will think twice about any Hilton property. Time to focus more on Marriot properties.

God forbid your check-in time is after 11pm. When I checked in at 12AM, it was obvious that the girl behind the desk was either suffering from my having startled her out of her deep sleep behind the desk OR she was high as a kite. Yes, I apparently scared her straight out of her slumber, said "oh, did I scare you?" her response of "uhhhhh yes" and then "Good! Wake UP! I need to check in!"... Not super impressed there. When returning into the "lobby", the girl was nowhere to be found...

The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Having a shuttle from the airport was great and the driver was excellent - less than 10 minutes to the hotel. I didn't care for the style of the room, but it was very clean and quiet, and otherwise comfortable. The things I didn't like were no carpet or coffee pot in the room, and no place to hang some of my clothes - there were pegs on the wall for coat and purse. The coffee bar in the lobby was close to the room, fresh, hot, and well stocked. Free breakfast was ok, and there were plenty of snacks available for purchase anytime. The ladies at the front desk ensured I had everything I needed. Thanks, Tru!
